Fjord Technology — Third-Party Notices

These notices cover third-party names and logo assets displayed on the Fjord technology page. The logos identify technologies used by Fjord; their display does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or partnership.

The official blue TypeScript logo is shown unmodified to identify TypeScript as a technology used by Fjord. It is not used as Fjord's own product logo and does not imply endorsement.

The official logo is shown unmodified to illustrate Fjord's actual Vue integration, a use expressly permitted by the Vue artwork guidelines.

5. Twilight

6. PostgreSQL
No PostgreSQL logo is displayed. Only a factual product-name reference and a link
are used, as permitted by the policy's fair-use examples.

The policy does not clearly grant our commercial technology-card use of the logo.
The previous statement that the logo was used with permission has been removed.

7. ScyllaDB

ScyllaDB and ScyllaDB Cloud are registered trademarks of ScyllaDB, Inc. ScyllaDB's media kit permits use of its logos to link to ScyllaDB and to represent integrations or content about its products, provided the logos are not modified. The displayed logo is used unmodified to identify a technology used by Fjord.

8. RustFS
No RustFS logo is displayed. Only the product name and a link identify our actual use.

No Dragonfly logo or third-party artwork is displayed. The product name is used
only to identify software used by Fjord, with a link to the official website.
No sponsorship, endorsement or partnership is claimed.

The Additional Use Grant permits use as part of a product or service that is not
an in-memory data store offering, without offering Dragonfly as a competing service.
Fjord uses Dragonfly internally for temporary bot state and event coordination.
The software license explicitly grants no rights to Dragonfly's trademarks or logos.
No separate express artwork license or blanket logo permission was found in the
official sources reviewed. Do not describe the logo as BSL-licensed or freely licensed.
